Wwdc26 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the wwdc26 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the wwdc26 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and wwdc26 as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the date you first access the platform or register an account, whichever comes first.
Continued use of the wwdc26 platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms. wwdc26 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review the latest Terms periodically.
The wwdc26 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. False or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.
- Wwdc26 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a Malaysian IC or passport — at any time to verify a user's identity.
- Accounts may not be transferred to any other individual or entity.
Password Security
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login credentials confidential.
- All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another party.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wwdc26 immediately through our customer support channels.
- Wwdc26 shall not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the wwdc26 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform in order to gain an unfair advantage.
- Cheating, manipulating games or financial transactions, or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity that contravenes Malaysian law.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, racially charged, or offensive content through any communication feature on the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to wwdc26's systems, servers, or databases.
- Impersonating a wwdc26 employee or another user in order to fraudulently obtain information or benefits.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any related account balance, and legal action where appropriate.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
Deposit
All financial transactions on the wwdc26 platform are processed in MYR. Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, local bank transfers, and supported digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and the user's account verification level.
Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account cannot be reversed. wwdc26 is not responsible for any processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Winnings withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. wwdc26 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Full identity verification is required before a first withdrawal is approved.
Withdrawal processing times are within one to three business days, subject to internal review procedures. wwdc26 reserves the right to delay withdrawals where compliance requirements or additional verification are needed.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Wwdc26 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its usability, accuracy, or reliability at any given time. wwdc26 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond wwdc26's reasonable control.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Wwdc26 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant legal authorities. In cases of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, any balance in the account may be forfeited without compensation to the user.
Intellectual Property
All content on the wwdc26 platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, brand names, and software, is the exclusive property of wwdc26 or our licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, selling, or modifying any element of the platform without prior written consent from wwdc26.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The wwdc26 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. wwdc26 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. wwdc26 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance by the user.
